SIPETIT pays the utmost attention to the security of bank data and online payment. Your bank details are transmitted to our server in a way encrypted by ATOS-SIPS technology and transferred in a totally secure environment to our bank, the LCL. Your bank details will not be retained.

We supply the products in metropolitan France, Switzerland, and in the countries of the European Union. Shipments will then be taken over by a Colissimo transport provider, who will transport them to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

- In-store pickup Sipetit: If the product ordered is available in the store, the withdrawal can be done as soon as the order is placed. If the product is not available in store at the time of the order, the ordered products will be delivered in the shop, via colissmo in 48H. As soon as your order is available in stores, you will receive an email telling you that your order is ready to be withdrawn. The delivery of the order will be made on the opening hours of the shop and on presentation of the order form.
